每班 20 人，由 ILTEA 劍橋小院士認證中心訓練官任教及評量，包括講座、課內示範、教學觀摩、經驗傳遞及課內與課後評量。

- 具愛心、耐心，對從事兒童英語教育有濃厚興趣者
結業證書
參與課程達規定時數 ( 參與課程時數達 3/4) 並通過期末之示範教學，符合上列資格者，結業頒發 ILTEA 劍橋小院士基礎英語師資培訓班結業證書一式。

師訓課程 詳細內容
The aims of the teacher-training course are to introduce the characteristics of Cambridge Young Learners English Teaching and to refresh English teachers' basic teaching skills. The course will be based on the communicative approach.
此課程的主要目的是介紹劍橋小院士兒童英語教學的特色並補充英語老師基本的教學技巧，將以溝通式教學法為教學基礎。
The course will offer intensive practice in all the essential areas of teaching. The trainees will be expected to actively participate in all tasks and discussions.
此課程將提供學員們在主要的教學領域裡，密集的實際演練，學員須主動參與所有的活動和討論。
The course will be held in Chinese and English To be able to fully benefit from the training course and to prove the ability of teaching young learns in English, trainees are required to have at least intermediate level of English. （ PET and above ）
課程將以中英文進行，為使學員從中受益而達到此課程目的，故學員需具備中級以上的語言程度，以期有效地運用英語來教導兒童英語。
The trainers will offer practical examples and demonstrations based on the materials used in the programme . The trainees will be expected to hand in assignments.
講師將依據教材提供教學實例與演示，學員於課後需繳交作業。
Throughout the course, the trainees will be assessed on their participation in the course, demonstrations and assignments. At the end of the course, each trainee needs to do a demonstration (which will be videotaped) and submit a 3000 words assignment. The trainees will be assessed by peers and the trainers before receiving a final evaluation. This will lead to a certificate of course completion.
根據學員們在課程中的參與感、表現及作業來作為評量標準。課程結束時，會將每位學員的示範教學錄影存檔；在收到課後評量前，學員將接受同學及講師的評分。參加完整的受訓課程是取得證書的重要環節。
After the course finishes , the trainees will be entitled to have a free diagnostic consultation, in which the trainers will give the trainee advice on both the language and the teaching skills, which they need to improve . Furthermore, the trainers can advise the trainee taking more advanced English course or other teacher training courses.
課後，針對學員教學技巧的缺點作免費諮詢，並提供更適當的教學建議，改善學員們的缺點。也可建議學員們選擇進階的英語課程加強英語能力或是再參加進階師資訓練。 |
